Booking

We are a very in-demand, high-end portrait studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients around the world.

For every appointment we block out two hours for your family and are bringing in our staff specifically for you. Our session fees are in place to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients. You must show for your appointment if you have a refundable deposit.

Cancellation

The session fee or deposit is not refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled appointment. Any change needs to be made over the phone 603-570-2600, we do not accept changes via email or text.

Reschedules

Session fees or deposits for rescheduled appointments with more than two weeks notice are applied to the new appointment. Rescheduling an appointment with less than two weeks notice will result in a loss of the fee. Rebooking a portrait session within 14 days will result in a new fee collection.

Proofing

All portrait selections are made right after your session experience. If there are additional people who may need to be present for the selection process, please invite them for the entire experience. We have the capability to showcase artwork on our proofing walls in different sizes for up to 5 people. Please come prepared with sizing dimensions for your walls. Part of our art direction will include providing suggestions for multi-portrait selection. We require an additional fee for additional proof viewings.

Pets

We photograph pets Monday - Thursday. When you visit our studio with your pet there will be another fur baby before and after yours. The studio is not exclusively photographing your pet.

For this reason, all pets are required to remain on leashes while in the studio. If your pet has shown signs of aggression we will not allow your pet to enter our studio for the safety of our staff and our clients. Dogs who are “reactive” are not encouraged to be photographed at our studio. While we take special measures and precautions with your animal we cannot promise our flash lighting will not set them off.

All pet parents are required to show a current rabies vaccination when entering the studio.

Pet appointments are required to put down a $100 cleaning deposit on top of our regular deposit. Should your animal soil our carpets, floors, or walls the $100 deposit will not be returned to you. If your animal does soil our studio you will be required to clean your animal’s mess.
